The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNY3P9 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY3P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THCA, BRCA, and PCPG are the cancer types where RNY3P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
