Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNY3P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, READ, and KIRP are the cancer types where RNY3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
