Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNY3P13 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNY3P13 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNY3P13 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNY3P13 RNA expression shows 6,949 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight MESO, BRCA, and HNSC as cancer lineages where RNY3P13 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
