RNY1P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNY1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,342 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNY1P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTAGE7P, ZNF337, and SLFNL1-AS1. Each is linked with RNY1P9 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNY1P9-to-partner and partner-to-RNY1P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P9 versus CTAGE7P in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNY1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNY1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
