Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNY1P9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNY1P9 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNY1P9 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNY1P9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and STAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, ACC, and COAD are the cancer types where RNY1P9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
