Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNY1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,035 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNY1P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Protein localization to microtubule organizing center, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with RNY1P9 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNY1P9-to-partner and partner-to-RNY1P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by RNY1P9-low versus RNY1P9-high in LAML.
