Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-65P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,679 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU7-65P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, Positive regulation of peptidase activity, and Nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with RNU7-65P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-65P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-65P results are reported.
