Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-65P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-65P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU7-65P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-65P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, TGCT, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU7-65P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
