Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU7-4P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and LUAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, CHOL, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNU7-4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
