Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-26P RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-26P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU7-26P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-26P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UCEC, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where RNU7-26P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
