Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-18P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-18P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU7-18P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-18P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

UVM, THCA, and GBM are the cancer types where RNU7-18P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
