Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-185P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-185P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RNU7-185P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-185P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

ESCA, PAAD, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU7-185P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
