RNU7-185P

associated omics data
RNA, U7 small nuclear 185 pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-185P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-185P expression is associated with patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Additionally, RNU7-185P RNA expression shows 7,020 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight ESCA, and UCEC as cancer lineages where RNU7-185P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU7-185P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU7-185P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (4). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU7-185P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU7-185P expression shows unfavorable associations in PAAD, STAD and BRCA, but favorable associations in ESCA. The ESCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the low-expression group declining faster, consistent with the favorable association (log-rank p = .010). Together, the overview and detailed table identify ESCA as the clearest survival context for RNU7-185P RNA expression.
