The most reproducible RNU7-180P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of cell polarity, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Regulation of mitochondrion organization. Each is linked with RNU7-180P in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-180P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-180P results are reported.
