Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-159P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,430 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU7-159P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, Negative regulation of macroautophagy, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with RNU7-159P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-159P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-159P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade grouped by RNU7-159P-low versus RNU7-159P-high in UCEC.
