Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-113P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,718 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU7-113P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Protein acylation, and Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with RNU7-113P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-113P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-113P results are reported.
