Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-113P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-113P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNU7-113P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-113P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.

LIHC, LUSC, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU7-113P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
