Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6V RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,882 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU6V-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular protein transport, Somatic diversification of immune receptors, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with RNU6V in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6V-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6V results are reported.
