Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6V RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6V data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU6V RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6V expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where RNU6V RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
