Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6ATAC6P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6ATAC6P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6ATAC6P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU6ATAC6P RNA expression shows 6,388 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LAML. Together, these results highlight ACC, KIRC, and LAML as cancer lineages where RNU6ATAC6P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
