The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU6ATAC30P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6ATAC30P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and GBM show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and CESC are the cancer types where RNU6ATAC30P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
