Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6ATAC30P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of RNU6ATAC30P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where RNU6ATAC30P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types RNU6ATAC30P is over-expressed in tumor.
UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6ATAC30P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
