Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6ATAC29P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,430 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6ATAC29P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell division, Telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, and Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with RNU6ATAC29P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6ATAC29P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6ATAC29P results are reported.
