Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6ATAC24P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6ATAC24P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNU6ATAC24P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6ATAC24P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and READ show a favorable association.

COAD, BRCA, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6ATAC24P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
