Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-986P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,361 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-986P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Centrosome duplication, and Protein modification by small protein removal. Each is linked with RNU6-986P in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-986P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-986P results are reported.
