Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-968P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-968P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RNU6-968P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-968P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRP, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-968P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
