RNU6-95P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 95, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-95P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-95P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-95P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, RNU6-95P RNA expression shows 8,171 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, BRCA, and LUAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-95P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-95P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-95P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (10). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-95P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-95P expression shows unfavorable associations in MESO, KIRP, PCPG, THCA, SARC and DLBC. The MESO Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify MESO as the clearest survival context for RNU6-95P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-95P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-95P shows higher tumor expression in BRCA. The BRCA box plot shows higher RNU6-95P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.082, t-test p = .015).
