Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-94P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,134 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-94P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Regulation of DNA strand elongation, and Obsolete nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, exonucleolytic, 3'-5'. Each is linked with RNU6-94P in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-94P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-94P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage grouped by RNU6-94P-low versus RNU6-94P-high in STAD.
