Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-888P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-888P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-888P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-888P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.

BLCA, COAD, and MESO are the cancer types where RNU6-888P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
