Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-87P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-87P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-87P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-87P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and MESO show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6-87P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
