The most reproducible RNU6-862P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein acetylation, Protein acylation, and Protein polymerization. Each is linked with RNU6-862P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-862P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-862P results are reported.
