RNU6-85P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-85P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,562 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU6-85P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-455P, RN7SL801P, and RNU6-331P. Each is linked with RNU6-85P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-85P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-85P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-85P versus RNU6-455P in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU6-85P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU6-85P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
