The most reproducible RNU6-85P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of neuron differentiation, Negative regulation of DNA repair, and Negative regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with RNU6-85P in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-85P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-85P results are reported.
