Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-844P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-844P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU6-844P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-844P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and OV show a favorable association.

BRCA, THCA, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6-844P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
