Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-790P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-790P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU6-790P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-790P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and LUSC show a favorable association.

CESC, CHOL, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-790P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
