Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-790P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-790P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-790P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU6-790P RNA expression shows 7,849 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight CESC, STAD, and UVM as cancer lineages where RNU6-790P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
