Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-737P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-737P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU6-737P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-737P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where RNU6-737P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
