Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-720P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-720P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU6-720P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-720P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and THYM show a favorable association.

ACC, CHOL, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-720P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
