Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-624P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-624P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNU6-624P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-624P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

THCA, LUSC, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU6-624P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
