Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-530P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-530P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RNU6-530P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-530P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and OV show a favorable association.

ESCA, ACC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU6-530P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
