Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-494P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-494P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNU6-494P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-494P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

ACC, THYM, and OV are the cancer types where RNU6-494P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
