RNU6-453P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 453, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-453P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-453P expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-453P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RNU6-453P RNA expression shows 8,609 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Together, these results highlight BLCA, LUAD, and KIRP as cancer lineages where RNU6-453P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-453P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-453P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (14). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-453P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-453P expression shows unfavorable associations in BLCA, READ, LIHC and THCA, but favorable associations in STAD and LGG. The BLCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .016). Together, the overview and detailed table identify BLCA as the clearest survival context for RNU6-453P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-453P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-453P shows higher tumor expression in LUAD, PRAD and KICH. The LUAD box plot shows higher RNU6-453P RNA expression in tumor versus normal tissue (log2 FC = +0.167, t-test p = .004).
