Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-446P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-446P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-446P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-446P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LAML show a favorable association.

BLCA, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where RNU6-446P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
