Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-43P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,380 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-43P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Protein stabilization, and Import into nucleus. Each is linked with RNU6-43P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-43P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-43P results are reported.
