Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-43P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-43P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU6-43P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-43P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and BRCA show a favorable association.

CHOL, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where RNU6-43P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
