Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-33P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-33P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6-33P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-33P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and ACC show a favorable association.

HNSC, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where RNU6-33P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
