Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-29P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,051 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-29P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Obsolete histone modification, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with RNU6-29P in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-29P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-29P results are reported.
