Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-277P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-277P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNU6-277P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-277P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PAAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, LGG, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU6-277P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
