The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RNU6-181P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-181P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA and COAD are the cancer types where RNU6-181P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
