Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1301P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1301P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU6-1301P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1301P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and STAD show a favorable association.

CESC, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNU6-1301P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
